My name is John and I am a professional chef and mobile caterer.
Little Urban Chef started in 2012, inspired by the fresh food markets in Languedoc-Roussillon and backed up with over twenty five years experience as a chef I aim to cook clean tasting, fresh flavoursome food.
I have a 5* Hygiene rating and am a member of NCASS the nationally recognised trade association for street traders. I can provide all relevant trading documents, health and safety certificates and risk assessments upon request.
All of our meat is supplied by a high quality butcher and our disposables are Eco-friendly.
At the moment I have regular street food pitches at Marlow, Henley and Eat Street Mk in Milton Keynes . Over recent years we have catered for a number of important clients such as IMG media, Three mobile, Sita and Alexion.
