Lunchtime office catering
Let me introduce myself, my name is John and I'm the owner of Little Urban Chef. I have over 26 years experience in catering, 16 years as a chef working for many Blue Chip companies. I specialise in producing food cooked using fresh ingredients on site and in large volumes.
I use large paella pans giving a fantastic visual and welcoming smell that also allow speed of service. Currently I have regular work with blue chip companies whom I serve 170 portions of food in as little as 45 minutes. With my experience I understand that employees don't wish to spend an entire lunch break waiting for food as well as the expectations on quality.
All of my paperwork is complete and I can tick every health and safety box required by facilities. Throughout my 26 years I have never worked with less than a 5* food hygiene rating.
